Being such a conceptual piece most people commented on the idea or asked questions about the particulars of my experience rather than taking the image apart compositionally. The reaction was shock and laughter. The juxtaposition of both sets made sense to people and we discussed how something like this could be implimented into a gallery space. We settled on the idea of having the prints there along with a computer on one of these websites to give these referenc without explanation  A few people commented on the inclusion of my image in the ChatRoulette photos as an interesting because of the expression on the octopus and how being constumed made them worry less about me. The inclusion of the two images reminds me of framing in general, putting two people together then looking for a relationship or reaction, which is sort of all that ChatRoulette is about but with the reactions and whatnot being literal.
