I’m considering doing this project by taking screenshots of security and webcams from all over that have been been access by a website called opentopia.com. This is a still from a video by Gary Hill who set up his own surveillance camera in an Algerian neighborhood and created the film Blind Spot which loops one man discovering the camera, an interaction that lasted only a few seconds, stretched out over the course of minutes.
